Responsibility
- manage both routine and complex HR casework advising managers/staff using professional judgement
- provide advice and support to managers in the handling of all HR casework, including bullying/harassment, disciplinary and grievances
- interpret information, record facts, produce reports and assist managers in the preparation of disciplinary cases
- ensure cases are managed within reasonable timescales in accordance with policy, employment legislation and best practice
- supporting managers with the investigation of cases including investigatory meetings and report writing
- make judgements regarding appropriate dissemination/ escalation of key information
- to support on change management programmes
- assist with Recruitment and the induction of new staff
