- to manage an assigned portfolio of residential blocks
- conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring high maintenance standards
- as an independent and growing Block Management specialist, we're looking for the right candidate to join the team and work alongside our existing experienced and qualified Block Managers
- manage enquiries & correspond with stakeholders by phone and in writing
- managing enquiries & corresponding with stakeholders; by phone, by email and in writing
- initially working with and supporting the existing team, the role has been designed to fast-track you to qualification and responsibility for your own portfolio
- raising works orders and liaison with contractors to complete actions
