- previous relevant warehouse management experience
- senior line management experience
- excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- high levels of attention to detail, able to analyse and report on complex data
- demonstrable experience managing a busy warehousing environment
- excellent managerial skills
- knowledge of data recording systems
- knowledge of parts receiving systems and controls
Responsibility
- ensure both product quality and paperwork are in conformity with specified requirements and standards
- ensure the segregation of non-conforming products in a secure place until they are sanctioned
- carry out regular inventory checking, identifying and addressing any areas to improve efficiency and submit inventory check reports to line management
- establish and manage the process of goods inward inspection, processing aircraft parts and recording details on company’s internal system
