Responsibility
- using advanced financial analyses and modelling to simulate economic scenarios and determine the present and future financial condition of the company
- achieve a healthy/proper commercial mix of equity and debt to minimise cost & maximise operational profit
- manage and monitor metrics, KPI Tracking and reports
- researching and reporting on factors that influence the company’s performance, analysing and predicting market trends
- developing financial management strategies to reduce financial risk, providing relevant recommendations to maximize profits, and assisting executives in decision making
- managing accounting, budget, cash flow, reviewing cost-reduction strategies
- developing long-term and strategic business plans, organising new funding strategies
- developing external relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers, and other statutory organisations
Requirements
- ability to direct others and delegate tasks
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- strong written and verbal communication
- excellent analogical skills with strong conceptual and problem solving skills
- meticulous attention to detail
- an in-depth understanding of domestic laws and regulations
- production of budgets up to multi-millions
- experience running annual audit
