Responsibility
- established in 2014, SoSweet is a family-run business that is widely recognised as ‘the UK’s favourite sweet shop’
- visiting stores on a rotational basis
- working closely with management to push the company forward
- motivating staff to meet their targets and helping them to achieve their goals
- soSweet are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Retail Area Sales Supervisor to be responsible for a number of our stores across Devon, Cornwall and Dorset
- hiring new staff and overseeing staffing levels within the business
- mediating disputes between employees
- we currently operate seven retail stores in the South West of England with plans to grow to up to 20 stores in the next three to five years
Requirements
- you must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
- excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- be confident in up-selling
- have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment
- retail experience in a supervisory role preferred
- retail management: 1 year
