- £12.82 per hour/ £25k
- monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- to manage the HRIS to provide the full employee life cycle, ensuring self-service wherever possible
- management of the HR Inbox, providing first line support and escalating complex queries to the HR Advisors
- prepare and issue contracts of employment, offer letters and new starter paperwork across the business
- carry out reference and DBS checks and track their progress through to completion
- our client based in Milton Keynes is looking for a HR administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent
Requirements
- strong organisational capability, able to meet deadlines and ability to prioritise your workload
- developed interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate strong personal credibility to persuade and influence senior management on HR related activity
- willingness to take responsibility
- A customer-driven, collaborative, and hands-on approach able to identify pragmatic, business-focused solutions to problems, ability to see the bigger picture and think through the wider implications of actions
