Responsibility
- ensuring the store is fully operational according to Company Policies, procedures and guidelines
- providing excellent customer service, guaranteeing customers are dealt with politely and efficiently
- managing the current staff levels, ensuring they are informed of their daily responsibilities and delivering outstanding customer service
- upkeeping stock levels and ensuring accurate stock control
- work with the team to deliver the store targets
- managing the day-to-day activities involved in ensuring that the store is clean, tidy and merchandised in line with the store display manual
- carrying out till reconciliation and all banking transactions related to the daily sales in accordance with the company procedures and local security arrangements
- you will be working with a small team which consist of full and part time staff managing the store to maximise sales. The ideal candidate will need to have experience and confidence managing a team, boosting sales and creating a positive atmosphere
