- the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with case management systems relevant to conveyancing processes is required
Responsibility
- conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities to gather necessary information
- maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction
- utilise IT systems to manage case files and track progress efficiently
