Atrocious. I ordered an MS office personal licence. They kept sending me links to a shared Ms office family licence which either didn’t work as had expired or had reached the user limit. They have now gone totally silent. The idea that you order a personal account licence and they think that they can fulfil the order with some random shared licence is ridiculous.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don’t touch with a barge pole.
We do hope for new reports concerning the company. Does anyone here work at SOFTKEYCART? Because there were no new entries on their thread for a long time now. Your opinion is important!
