Responsibility
- develop and oversee the financial strategy and budget for the ecommerce organization
- monitor sales performance and profitability across different marketplaces and SKU's
- forecast sales, revenue, and expenses to ensure adequate cash flow and informed decision-making
- manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- collaborate with our operations manager to negotiate favorable terms with couriers, vendors & suppliers
- sock Snob UK Ltd is a company that has shipped over 750,000 packs of socks in the last 12 months to our worldwide customer base through multiple online selling channels
- implement strategies to minimize currency exchange risks in international transactions
- our company mission is to provide great socks at great value to a broad customer base. With over 10,000 SKU's we sell B2C through online channels through a mixture of our own websites, retail companys through a dropship model & marketplaces
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- proven experience as a finance manager or similar role
- strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
- proficient in using financial management software and MS Office Suite
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
