Responsibility
- ensuring the highest standards of clinical and organisational governance
- leading, growing, managing and maintaining an integrated team of staff, practitioners, trainees, lived experience volunteers and third party providers
- implementing the organisations strategy, sustainability and growth plans
- leading and managing workflow
- ensuring that all are safeguarded as the organisations Designated Safeguarding Lead
- managing mixed income streams and expenses, keeping to the budget and ensuring targets and key performance indicators are met
- building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- supporting funding applications, implementing social impact projects and exploring partnership working opportunities
Requirements
- extensive experience, holding a Service Manager role, ideally within the mental health and wellbeing charity sector
- A counselling qualification to level 4 with at least 3 years’ experience delivering counselling within a community setting
- demonstrable experience in managing services and social impact projects as well as well as leading initiatives that drive organisational growth
- considerable experience leading and managing integrated teams
- experience in working to targets and budgets
- experience of identifying and managing relationships with key stakeholders
- experience in writing a range of reports for different purposes and stakeholders
