Requirements

  • greeting and welcoming customers
  • grooming, including assessing health, bathing, drying, brushing and trimming a diverse range of dogs
  • trimming nails, cleaning ears and cleaning teeth
  • meeting the welfare needs during the groom
  • provide customer service from the point of drop off through to collection for the customers and their dogs
  • taking payments, answering calls, offering and booking appointments, day to day cleaning / maintenance of the salon
  • getting involved and creating social media content
  • the apprenticeship will be based at our salon in Stamford, training will be provided by Northern Education and Training College
