SLOUGH HEATING SUPPLIES in Maidenhead Reviews

Very poor customer service, I enquired about 2 Perrin & Rowe items on a Tuesday and was promised a quick response by Charlotte. No reply the following day so called back, she was off so spoke with Kay who also promised to follow up and call me back, she didn’t. Thursday- no answer, Friday they can finally confirm that the items were discontinued (I had to call them, they didn’t bother letting me know).
I asked if they could source anything similar as an alternative, they assured me me they would - unsurprisingly I never heard from them again…….
