Requirements

  • proficiency in using aeronautical charts, including following the cartographic symbology and aeronautical chart language
  • experience in conducting aeronautical surveys, airspace analysis, and data analytics
  • experience with Geographic Information Systems
  • aeronautical surveying is a highly specialised role and considerable training will be given. Initially the role is open to applicants preferably with previous surveying experience but we will consider alternative qualifications or experience
  • understanding of aviation terminology and procedures, including the Aeronautical Information Manual and International Civil Aviation Organization standards
  • familiarity with aeronautical charting standards and procedures
  • excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • effective communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
