Responsibility
- we are seeking an enthusiastic sales advisor to work in Slate Shoes, our leading independent shoe store in Broadway, Worcestershire
- as part of the Slate Clothing group, Slate Shoes is a destination footwear store selling women's shoes
- we are looking for a dynamic new team member to work 3 or 4 days per week
- the role is suited to someone able and willing to work in the store alone
- regular rotational weekend work required
- as a successful family business, we love creating a work environment where all employees feel valued and part of a close knit, friendly team where customers are given the best experience possible
- the successful applicant will ideally have experience and confidence in selling shoes, be self motivated, and relish the opportunity to maintain the strong relationships we have with our existing customers as well as the many visitors to Broadway
- you will have a strong work ethic, professional manner, great communication skills and a love of working in a close team
