Responsibility
- committed tutors to conduct small group sessions with students and participate in creating and delivering bespoke tutoring programmes
- liaise with the students’, parents’, colleagues, and the management team to understand students’ needs and goals
- plan sessions accordingly and prepare material for session work, homework, assessments, exams
- complete timely session reports and termly reports for parents
- ensure you are accessible and reliable, maintaining clear communication with clients and the management team
- address student learning gaps and regularly recap learning elements to deepen student knowledge
- our expectations of tutors who work with us
- participate in creating and deliver bespoke tutoring on a one-to-one basis on-site or in the convenience of their own homes and/or online
