- manage the day-to-day administrative maintenance of a busy office
- manage and record staff sickness and absences, holiday requests, expenses, etc
- support Directors with HR related queries
- order stationery, supplies and equipment to keep office running smoothly
- handle relationships with external suppliers eg. Cleaners, utility providers, security systems, etc
- communicate internally regarding office-wide activity
- founded in 1999 SkillGate is an eLearning business based in Heyshott – a small village outside Midhurst in West Sussex. We deliver excellent online training software and courses to a wide range of customers nationwide
- we are looking for a part-time Office Manager to work three mornings a week and oversee the day to day running of the SkillGate office
