Responsibility

  • conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our accountancy services and identify business opportunities
  • build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to clients' needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information
  • present our accounting services and benefits to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively closing deals and generating revenue
  • update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred
  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • knowledge of the accountancy or finance industry is a plus
  • high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is desirable
