- ensure backups maintained and up to date
- providing desktop support to end-users
- diagnosing and resolving software and hardware faults
- building and installing new systems/devices
- recording and monitoring support tickets
- liaising with external service providers
Requirements
- ability to translate user errors into understandable support tickets
- previous experience as 1st or 2nd line support
- ability to work well with others and on your own initiative
- windows Server 2019, Active Directory, Azure AD
- ability to work well under pressure
- windows 10, 11
- strong verbal and written communication skills
