customer service advisor
Working hours

Responsibility
- customer sales, service and supplier liaison via telephone, shop floor and e-mail
- continually develop product knowledge using the information available on the website, brochures and other available sources
- process daily orders ensuring customers are notified of delivery and any stock shortages
- liaise with Couriers regarding delivery issues, damages in transit, delayed deliveries, compensation claims
- all calls to be answered promptly, maintaining a polite and professional manner at all times, ensuring a high standard of call handling for both inbound and outbound calls
- process returns for refunds and exchanges
- take ownership of enquiries and effectively handle any customer issues to ensure there is a suitable resolution for the customer, feeding back to manager if required
- advise customers on company products offering guidance and advice to customers as well as sell the benefits of products offered, by maintaining a good product knowledge, offering alternatives to customers if we cannot meet customer needs
