Responsibility
- simply Care Group UK LTD have an exciting opportunity for experienced Part-Time Credit Controllers to join our Finance Department
- they will be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- we are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Credit Controllers
- liaise with homes and Regional Directors to ensure that queries and outstanding issues are resolved promptly
- this role is essential to ensure that we are providing a robust credit control service for our Care Homes
- to ensure customer reconciliations are regularly performed
- the post-holder will be required to meet performance targets in order to achieve optimum cash flow through maximising cash collections
- escalate all bad debt/legal accounts to the Credit Control & Billing Manager
