- management of the onsite Maintenance Operatives in each of the Homes
- sourcing suitable contractors to undertake reactive and planned maintenance works
- ensure facilities adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements, for example, with regards the environment, health & safety and site security standards
- advise business on energy efficiency initiatives, cost-effectiveness and value engineering options for future building as part of life cycle management
- open communication with interested parties to provide relevant and timely updates on works undertaken and requested
- management of the property capex budget ensuring that annual works are delivered to maintain the portfolio, whilst delivering a safe working environment for all employees
- management of property data to provide quick reference points in relation to ongoing activities as well as leases, break clauses etc
- negotiation of dilapidation claims
