High narcissistic traits. Happy go lucky on the exterior if everything goes well, negative and oppositional just under the surface if it does not. Creates workplace querrels. Became romantically involved with an employee in poor faith, which interrupted work productivity. Lack of knowing what's appropriate, and self control. Jumps from work asignment to work assignment after burning bridges.
