handle online, email and face-to-face enquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
enter all incoming sales orders on our inventory and order management system
stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that meet their needs and identifying potential sales opportunities
meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
monitoring and suggesting process improvements where appropriate
generate various reports for clients and members of our organisation
identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
allocate incoming stock to existing sales orders, ensuring that priority for allocation is made according to our dealership criteria and in agreement with other members of the team
Requirements
proven track record of receiving positive customer feedback and of meeting or exceeding established targets
experience as part of a team working toward shared goals
sales
excellent problem-solving and customer communications skills
account management
experience with common inventory and order management software. Experience with Unleashed software is beneficial but training can be provided
ability to work with all levels of company staff
awareness of music technology and modular synthesizers an advantage
