Requirements

  • proven ability to strategise, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organisational objectives
  • 3 years experience - in a programme manager role, coordinating multiple complex and interdependent projects to achieve organisation-wide goals
  • proven ability to lead projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects preferred
  • experience collaborating with multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members
  • exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisation
  • excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with stakeholders up to senior/board level
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred

Education

  • minimum Education: Bachelor's degree - Business Management, Operations or in a similar field
