- they are a specialist engineering firm operating in the Refrigeration and Air conditioning sector
- this role will be dealing with inbound customer queries only and would suit someone from of these sectors
- working in a technical product sales environment, with recent B2B experience
- customer focused approach with excellent oral and written communication skills
- excellent time management & personal organisational skills
- the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and a strong attention to detail
- A solid knowledge of MS office and standard B2B sales procedures
