kitchen manager

Responsibility

  • oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production and preparation
  • supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance and training as needed
  • ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • collaborate with the management team to develop menus and specials
  • monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food production, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
  • excellent leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team
  • exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a kitchen management role
  • proficient in bartending skills is a plus
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
