Responsibility

  • manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
  • record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • reconcile entries and maintain accurate ledgers
  • process accounts payable and receivable
  • prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • assist with payroll processing
  • utilise accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, etc
  • support the preparation of tax returns

Requirements

  • proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is desirable
