Responsibility

  • answering incoming phone calls and providing support to customers with their queries and concerns
  • responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • sending tickets to our internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • collaborating with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
  • strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • comfortable using technology, including email, phones and ticketing systems
  • ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture
