- oversee all fitness products including group exercise, personal training and membership bolt-ons
- maximise all revenue streams, including memberships, food & beverage, concessionaires, and studio hire, to ensure profitability
- manage cost controls to optimise financial performance
- ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members, including spa areas
- utilise membership management software to enhance operational efficiency and member engagement
- lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high-performance culture
Requirements
- level 2 Fitness Qualification
- strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- previous management experience within the fitness industry
- flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required to meet business needs
