Responsibility

Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience, with a good understanding of bakery production processes, techniques, and equipment
- minimum of 5 years experience in bakery management, with a strong understanding of bakery production processes, techniques, and equipment
- excellent knowledge of bakery products, including breads, and other baked good as well as food safety and hygiene standards
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire bakery team members
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
