Responsibility
- A unique opportunity for an Operations Manager to work in the Accommodation and Lettings industry based in Crewe, Cheshire
- oversee day-to-day operations of the organisation
- develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- monitor and analyse operational performance metrics
- identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- we are looking for an experienced team manager with experience in delivering great customer service, preferably in a B2B industry and/or with hospitality or property experience
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
- proven experience in operations and/or team management

- ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
