- 40 hours per week – Mon to Friday 8-4pm
- A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists
- we have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Apprentice Commis Chef to join the team of one of our iconic Restaurants – 34 Mayfair, Balthazar, Sexy Fish London, Scott’s, Daphne’s & J.Sheekey, part of Caprice Restaurants

- as we continue to expand, we offer structured career paths & hospitality training at every level to ensure your development and confidence grows with the group
- you will help produce high quality dishes from scratch whilst maintaining the high standards and expectations of the restaurant
