Responsibility
- we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager for our client based in Kilmarnock
- this role will be office based Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 4.30pm
- you will be working for a well known interior fit out and refurbishment contractor, therefore experience in the construction/refurbishment industry is preferable but all backgrounds will be considered if you have the right skills
- constructionline, Safe Contractor, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- CIS Payments and CIS monthly returns
- booking staff training and keeping up to date records
- monitoring supplier and sub-contractor forms and keeping records up to date
- overseeing all other office activities
Requirements
- office Management: 2 years
- sage / Payroll: 1 year
- construction background: 1 year
