Responsibility
- management and administration of medication as per patient/resident care plans
- documenting and reviewing medication on appropriate medication records as per the care providers procedures
- condition Monitoring including S/S, Vitals etc
- promoting and upholding high levels of person centred care, DoLS, safeguarding and compliance
- adhering to the clinical direction of a Senior Nurse or managerial staff whilst on placement
- undergoing required training and development to ensure the best possible feedback when upholding the Servisource reputation
- ensuring a strong level of clinical standards in line with your CQC regulations and relevant policies and procedures set out within the care providers service
Requirements
- A competitive hourly rate between £22.50 - £35.50 Per Hour
- A competitive hourly rate between £23.00 - £30.00 Per Hour
