ability to communicate in a confident and professional business-like manner via phone, email and face-to-face
data analysis & reporting, identifying gaps, sales trends and opportunities
high level of Business Acumen
degree or higher grade level education
previous use of ERP and CRM systems would be an advantage
Responsibility
proactively identifying, researching, contacting and developing new business opportunities
developing relationships with customers and prospects
analysis and reporting of customer data by running reports and saved searches on the ERP system Oracle NetSuite
utilising and growing our social media channels to develop sales and brand awareness
utilising AI technology to create engaging social media, web content and product descriptions
keeping up to date with products, competitors and industry trends
communicating by phone, email, MS Teams, and in person with existing customers, prospects and leads to increase customer retention, growth and new business
setup and clean-down for customer demo sessions in our training kitchen
