Requirements
- the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
- excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will value communication, be a great listener and relish building new relationships
- CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, someone who thinks outside of the box
- experience of payroll administration-A strong background in HR policies and procedures including dealing with employment or disciplinary issues
- demonstrates a calm and professional approach to sensitive people issues
- strong organisational skills and experience of prioritising work to meet deadlines
- excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team, building and maintaining relationships
Responsibility
- assist in the deployment of the People Team HR strategic plans
- creating and reviewing Employment and HR documentation as required. Updating SEP2 Policies and Procedures as and when required
- providing effective mentorship, advice and guidance with all HR related queries, ensuring successful outcomes whenever possible
- producing & interpretation of HR reports as and when required
- managing sickness absence and ensuring return to work meetings are held and documented within SEP2 HR
- be the first point of contact for all members of staff for any HR issues, providing guidance and support as and when required
- prepare and process for sign off monthly payroll
- ongoing development and utilisation of HR platform
