IT Support Engineer Belfast
This is a combined and varied role utilising IT support, DevOps, and System Administration skills, suited to a candidate who enjoys variety in their role and being a fundamental part of the successful operation of an engineering team and wider business.This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate must commute to the Belfast city centre office for part of each week (1-2 days expected), with the other part of the week having the option to work from home.You will be involved in many technical areas of the business, providing IT support to remote and in office staff, helping to acquire new hardware, working closely with our Legal & Compliance team on data information security and ISO 27001 compliance, and working directly with the Head of IT and DevOps team to build and maintain secure, robust, and value-for-money server architecture. You will help manage existing SaaS solutions and help identify new software to improve security and staff efficiencies.From an engineering perspective you will be involved in maintenance of our comparison platforms, working with a range of teams within Seopa on our evolving range of robust and industry-leading interfaces. Depending on your own aspirations the role can be tailored to allow you to learn or improve your programming skills.
