Responsibility
- the Role
- we are looking for a Team Lead to lead a team of engineers currently based in Romania and remotely
- working across teams to help gather technical requirements
- collaborating with back-end developers, business, design and marketing teams to produce and evolve fully responsive front-end interfaces
- used by more than 3 million people annually, our systems enable insurance providers to secure business within their target markets and empower consumers to easily identify those providers who meet their financial product requirements at market leading prices
- working with wireframes, prototypes and production assets to effectively demonstrate interaction and developing user interfaces to work cross-device, cross-platform and cross-browser

- you are responsible for leading an agile team to deliver high quality solutions to meet customer and business requirements
Requirements
- circa 2 years’ experience as a Team Lead or in a senior role within a development team
- prototyping experience to explore and communicate design decisions to colleagues
- demonstrable experience in coaching and mentoring
- experience using front-end automation tools such as webpack
- significant experience in front end development and UX/UI application
- working knowledge of website building tools such as Wordpress
- expert in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
- experience working with PHP would be an advantage
