Responsibility

ensure optimal distribution center inventory levels to support dispatches, prevent stock shortages, and avoid excess stock
monitor and audit perpetual inventory counts to ensure accuracy
develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor their performance
maintain Cargowise accruals reports for invoicing and address supplier invoice queries
oversee new supplier and product implementations
collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team
maintain the demand planning system and software, including accurate product setup and maintenance, currency rates, and IPR goods for VAT submissions
regularly review the Demand Planning Tool Dashboard, analyse forecast vs. actual data, monitor forecast trends, categorize SKU

Requirements

previous demand planning experience
knowledge of supply chain processes and systems
good knowledge of inventory management and forecasting principles
strong interpersonal and communication skills
analytical with great attention to detail
experience in ERP systems
accreditation in supply planning, CIPs, or other inventory management would be an advantage
comfortable working with and analyzing large data sets
