Responsibility
- processing orders placed online to completion
- liaising daily with customers via the telephone and email
- ensuring orders are fulfilled for stock and liaising with the Supply Chain
- resolve customer & system queries
- chase for payment
- train customers on the Portal when the order has been placed
- raise additional charges and credits on customer accounts
- log Quality issues/complaints on the internal bespoke software
