- primarily business development, but with aspects of account management and customer retention

- assisting customers with their questions, resolving queries, and providing information via calls & emails
- responsible for generating new business from new and existing customers

Requirements
- sales trained preferable
- A confident telephone manner, excellent written and verbal communication skills and good attention to detail
- experience in product and solution-based sales would be desirable
- ability to work on own initiative to achieve monthly targets
- A “can do” attitude who looks to provide solutions
- up selling and cross selling experience desirable
- the successful candidate will preferably have a min of 1-2 years’ experience in an Internal Sales environment handling product based and consultative sales
- live within a commutable distance to Bolton
