Responsibility
- preparing detailed systems integration plans and managing execution against that plan
- solving problems and identifying ways forward to ensure that all system integration activities are completed
- undertake analysis to develop mitigation plans and resolutions
- prioritise stakeholder requirements and phasing recommendations ensuring suitable and effective delivery
- embedding a strong focus on delivery and employee experience, supporting Business Change Management actions e.g. communications, training to employees, to ensure that the solutions are sustainable
- manage the reporting, monitoring and tracking for the project including identification and management of risks and issues to ensure the team and projects are delivered within set timescales
Requirements
- project management experience, particularly around integration of new systems/ software
- excellent stakeholder engagement managing and prioritising multiple requirements
- creation and maintenance of dashboards/information packs which direct decision making and improvement activity
- ability to influence with good presentation, communication, numeracy and report writing skills
- sound working knowledge of systems applications
- sound working knowledge of MS Projects
