Responsibility
- perform all aspects of aftercare and service for windows and doors
- carry out repairs, adjustments, and assessments to ensure optimal function and appearance
- maintain high standards of workmanship in all tasks
- communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns
- travel to customer sites as required
Requirements
- working knowledge of uPVC windows and doors
- experience in a similar role is desirable, but on-site training will be provided
- valid CSCS card is desirable, or willingness to take the CITB Health and Safety Test
- full UK driving license is essential
- positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
