Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- overtime is payable at time and a half outside of 40.4 hours
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for new Warehouse Operative Team Leader to join our March Team on a full time permanent basis working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Core shift hours are working between the hours of 7am -7pm
- you shall receive 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays, rising to 33 days inclusive of Bank Holidays following three years of continued service
- we also have a site in Thetford, Norfolk and some travelling between sites may be required, a Full UK Driving License is desirable
- we are looking to employ all round Warehouse Operatives and not just ‘FLT Drivers’, handballing and carton picking is required a big part of the job which involves manual handling
- our Warehouse Operatives need to be current Counter Balance and Reach Truck Licence holders, PPT Licences are also desirable but training can be given to the right candidate
- our Reach Trucks are 360° steering and our stores utilise drive in racking as well as bulk storage and so candidates must be comfortable with this set up
- our stores run at temperatures ranging between -3°C and -25°C, candidates must be happy to work in the cold, full PPE will be supplied
