Responsibility
- partner with our Group L&D team to implement group training initiatives, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- HR administration support
- you will be responsible for planning and delivering refresher training, including manual handling and basic food safety. HR policy and process updates will also be a focus of your expertise
- collaborate with department managers to identify skills gaps within their teams and assist in developing action plans to close these gaps, supporting the growth of our workforce
- organise health and wellbeing campaigns, promoting a balanced and thriving workforce. As the site Health and Wellbeing champion, you'll ensure our employees' overall wellbeing is a top priority
- ensure an effective onboarding experience for new employees, providing induction training and support as they embark on their journey with the business
- act as a reliable resource for all HR training needs, offering your expertise and collaborating closely with our HR Manager to address relevant people issues
