Responsibility

  • 1 x Permanent Position
  • 1 x 12 month Fixed Term Contract – Maternity cover
  • providing counsel on matters related to employee benefits, compensation, and other remuneration concerns, including promotions and benefits, and conducting benchmarking exercises
  • we are currently recruiting for the position of Group HR Officer, reporting directly to the Group HR Manager this vacancy has arisen due to an increase in people focussed activities
  • we are currently recruiting for two openings for the position of Group HR Officer, with both roles reporting directly to the Group HR Manager. These vacancies have arisen due to an increase in people focussed activities
  • offering advice and guidance on the management of complex sickness absences identified through welfare reviews and occupational health interventions
  • assisting the management team in disciplinary and grievance hearings, offering guidance on the procedural aspects and ensuring compliance with the ACAS Code of Practice and Employment Law
  • conducting training sessions for line managers in alignment with best practices, covering topics such as Investigations, Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures, Absence Management, Substance Misuse, Performance Management, and Employment Law
