Requirements
proficient in Microsoft M365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related services
in-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, security, and identity management
strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders, team members, and end-users
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and providing mentorship when needed
familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation to streamline processes and tasks
experience with ITIL practices and incident management frameworks
exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive user experience throughout the support process
Education
minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on M365, SharePoint, and Azure products
microsoft certifications, such as MCSA/MCSE/Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are preferred
this position requires the incumbent to be working from the UK head office located at the Shard between business hours to support office clients and our other regional locations
travel required
Responsibility
respond promptly and effectively to escalated technical issues related to M365, SharePoint, and Azure, providing timely resolution and minimizing downtime
keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices, ensuring the organization stays aligned with industry trends
maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures
act as a subject matter expert and provide knowledge sharing sessions for team members and end-users
