Requirements
- proficient in Microsoft M365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related services
- in-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, security, and identity management
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders, team members, and end-users
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and providing mentorship when needed
- familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation to streamline processes and tasks
- experience with ITIL practices and incident management frameworks
- exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive user experience throughout the support process
Education
- minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on M365, SharePoint, and Azure products
- microsoft certifications, such as MCSA/MCSE/Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are preferred
- this position requires the incumbent to be working from the UK head office located at the Shard between business hours to support office clients and our other regional locations
- travel required
Responsibility
- respond promptly and effectively to escalated technical issues related to M365, SharePoint, and Azure, providing timely resolution and minimizing downtime
- keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices, ensuring the organization stays aligned with industry trends
- maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures
- act as a subject matter expert and provide knowledge sharing sessions for team members and end-users
