Responsibility
- be accountable for the business and budgetary performance for the operations of the Lido
- responsible for the day to day management and running of the site to the highest standard
- responsible for the recruitment, training, retention and scheduling of all seasonal staff
- work with the Marketing team to develop a marketing strategy for the season
- work with the Operations Supervisor to develop the events and activities calendar for the season
- you will be required to work as a Duty manager alongside your duties as Operations Manager
- any other duties the General Manager sees fit providing that such duties are appropriate to your role
- to develop and promote an exciting, innovative swim programme in order to increase the usage and profitability of the facility, including the Swimming Lesson Programme
