- patrol buildings and grounds regularly to maintain order and secure exits
- secure all entrances and exits to buildings and property
- keep the property's grounds neat and tidy by keeping leaves, trash etc. removed regularly
- monitor outside
- remove trash regularly in trash containers according to service schedule
- check the security alarm system twice a day before the scheduled shift time
Requirements
- proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols/protocols
- surveillance skills and detail orientation
- ability to operate in all weather conditions and in all types of buildings
- integrity and professionalism
- security: 1 year
- hastings: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
