Education

Responsibility
- placing orders and creating and managing promotional cycles
- supervise, lead, and motivate a team of retail staff to ensure smooth store operations
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a welcoming store environment
- monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain product displays to ensure optimal availability and presentation
- train and develop new and existing staff members to ensure they understand store policies, procedures, and best practices
- ensure store cleanliness and organization to maintain a positive shopping experience
- handle cash register operations, including processing sales, handling cash, and ensuring accurate financial transactions
- assist with scheduling and delegating tasks to team members based on store needs
Requirements
- experience with inventory management and merchandising
- previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
- knowledge of safety and loss prevention best practices
- previous experience in retail, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills and experience handling cash or POS systems
